Sharjah is where most UAE Umrah coaches start. They leave weekly, often on Wednesdays, collect passengers in Abu Dhabi, and take about 36 hours to reach Saudi Arabia. A typical bus package is 10 days, with six nights in Makkah and two in Madinah.
The lowest Sharjah bus prices, AED 599 to AED 649, do not include the Umrah visa, quoted at AED 500 extra, and one excludes meals. Add the visa and the real starting price is close to AED 1,100, which matches the figure Khaleej Times gave for bus packages in October 2026.
By air, Air Arabia flies from Sharjah to Jeddah and to Madinah. Its site lists one-way fares from AED 599 to Jeddah (November 2026 to April 2027) and from AED 719 to Madinah (November 2026 to January 2027).
