Do you sell Umrah packages yourselves?
No. We are an independent enquiry and comparison service. Your request goes to a licensed Umrah operator in your own country, who quotes, signs the contract with you and takes payment. You never pay us.
How do I know the operator is licensed?
Before you pay anyone, ask for their licence details and check them yourself on the official register for your country. Our guide How to check an operator's licence shows where to look in each country.
Can I get an Umrah visa without an agent?
It depends on your passport. Citizens of countries eligible for the Saudi tourist eVisa can book Umrah services themselves on Nusuk Umrah. Others, including Indian passport holders, go through licensed agents. See Umrah visa by passport.
What does an Umrah package usually include?
Most packages include the visa processing, hotels in Makkah and Madinah, transport between the airport and the two cities, and often Ziyarat tours and meals. Flights may or may not be included, so always check whether a price is with or without flights.
Is this service free?
Yes. Getting quotes is free and there is no obligation to book.
Which countries do you cover?
We have pages for India, the UK, the USA, Canada, the UAE, Bangladesh, Singapore, Australia, South Africa and Nigeria. If you live elsewhere, send your details and we will tell you whether we can help.
Do you charge pilgrims a fee?
No. Quotes are free. Licensed operators may pay us for introductions, which does not change your price.
Can you help with flights only?
Licensed operators can quote with or without flights. Say which you need when you send your request, and flights can be ticketed through an IATA accredited agent.
What if I have a problem with an operator?
Tell us on WhatsApp. We stop sending enquiries to operators who treat pilgrims unfairly. For refunds or legal complaints, contact the operator's licensing body in your country.
