What the service is

An independent enquiry and comparison service. We pass your request to licensed Umrah operators. We do not sell packages, issue visas, book hotels or take payment for travel.

Your contract is with the operator

Any booking you make is a contract between you and the operator. Their terms, prices, cancellation rules and refund policy apply. Check their licence and read their terms before you pay.

Information on this site

We write our guides carefully and update them, but Saudi rules, visa conditions and prices change often. Always confirm current requirements with the operator and on official sites such as umrah.nusuk.sa. Prices we show are examples published by operators on the date stated, not offers.

Our responsibility

We are responsible for passing your request on with care and to licensed operators. We are not responsible for an operator's services. If you have a problem with an operator, tell us on WhatsApp and we will stop sending them enquiries if they have acted wrongly.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Nothing in them limits rights you have under the consumer law of your own country.
