This policy explains what we collect when you use umrahpackagebooking.com and what we do with it. The service is operated by JAM Advertising & Tourism, India.
What we collect
- What you type in the enquiry form: name, WhatsApp number, optional email, departure country and city, month, number of travellers and package preferences.
- Basic technical details sent by your browser: the page you came from, your time zone, browser language and device type.
- Messages you send us on WhatsApp.
Why we use it
- To pass your request to a licensed Umrah operator in your country, which you agree to with the consent box on the form.
- To reply to you and follow up on your request.
- To measure which pages and adverts bring enquiries, so we can improve the service.
Who receives it
The licensed operator handling your request, and service providers who host our website and send our emails. We do not sell your details.
How long we keep it
Up to two years after your last contact, then we delete it.
Your rights
You can ask us to show, correct or delete your details, or stop contacting you, at any time on WhatsApp at +91 63679 18883. If you are in the UK or EU you also have rights under the GDPR, and in India under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
Children
The enquiry form is for adults. Families can include children in the number of travellers, but we do not ask for children's details.
