Umrah packages from Chicago
No non-stop from O'Hare, so Chicago groups connect via Abu Dhabi, Istanbul, Cairo or Dubai.
There is no non-stop from Chicago O'Hare to Saudi Arabia. Chicago-area group packages in 2026 have flown Etihad via Abu Dhabi, via Istanbul, and EgyptAir via Cairo. Emirates via Dubai takes about 21 hours 45 minutes to Jeddah.
Several Umrah sellers are based in the western suburbs, and some sell trips from many US airports at once. One Thanksgiving package offers O'Hare and ten other US airports as departure options.
Read the inclusions closely. One Chicago seller says round-trip airfare is included only "where the package lists it", and one community trip lists transport and visa processing but does not mention flights.

Flights from Chicago
Delta's new Atlanta to Riyadh non-stop, which began on 23 October 2026 and runs three times a week after 30 October, gives a one-stop option on a US airline. It lands in Riyadh rather than Jeddah, and Riyadh's airport was the worst hit in the October attacks. See our travel update.
